It's the courage to schedule a mammogram. The relief of hearing, “We found it early.” For some, that strength only comes with your support. 

Behind every breast cancer diagnosis is a person — a parent, a neighbor, a coworker — navigating one of the hardest seasons of their life. Early detection saves lives, but not every patient has equal access to it. Financial hardship, transportation barriers and gaps in insurance coverage can delay screenings when timing matters most. 

How Your Gift Makes a Local Impact

Because of donor support, 276 mammograms were provided in 2025. Through early detection, lives were changed, families were given hope, and more people were able to take the next step forward — all thanks to a community that chose to care.

Through the Mammography Assistance Fund, your gift helps support access to breast health services and compassionate care for breast cancer patients in our community. Every dollar raised through Strength in Pink stays local and expands access to early detection for patients who need it most.
