Polly Edwards‑Padgett serves as Executive Director of Spartanburg Regional Foundation, bringing five years of experience in healthcare philanthropy and a passion for helping donors make meaningful, transformative gifts that strengthen patient care. She leads the Foundation’s strategic planning efforts to enhance performance, align philanthropic priorities with the healthcare system and expand community impact.

Polly carries a deeply personal commitment to ensuring exceptional, compassionate care close to home. This lifelong connection fuels her dedication to advancing high‑quality healthcare for the broader community she proudly calls home.

Polly joined the healthcare system in 2020 following a 20‑year career in nonprofit leadership across South Carolina. In 2023, she became the Foundation’s first Senior Director of Strategic Philanthropy, launching a new approach to grant writing and grantmaking aligned with system priorities—work that paved the way for her current leadership role.

Polly lives in Spartanburg with her husband, Josh.
